R23 Stirred-Tank Bioreactor
The R23 stirred-tank bioreactor, with a volume of 23 litres, was developed for fermentation trials with particulate solids. The agitator shaft has an additional guide at the base, supporting smooth operation of the agitator. The height and configuration of the agitator blades can be adapted to the experimental setup; connections are provided for substrate feeding and digestate removal.
